If you select Refresh in the View menu, then all directories are refreshed. Alternatively you can also use the F5 key to refresh.
Window / Full screen determines which elements are shown in the program. In Full screen the thumbnail preview disappears as well as the Special places and file tree of the explorer, in order to make more room for the film strip and preview window.
Original / Result enables you to compare the original video with the result video. Here an example as an illustration of this point.
