Export / Internet
For a lot of people it not enough to make and have great videos – they also want to share them! Whether via a video portal or in a social network, Ashampoo Video Styler doesn’t let you down! To the right of the preview window, you can also find the Export function (see yellow arrow). With its help you can create videos which have a format that exactly meets the requirements of the supported portals. Videos for YouTube can even be uploaded to YouTube directly from within the program.
Facebook / MyVideo / Youtube
The process which leads to the encoding is at first very similar to the normal process. At first the aspect ratio and then the quality and size is set. As additional information it is displayed how long an upload might take with a certain Internet connection speed.
When you have chosen to export your video for Facebook or MyVideo, the films will then be encoded according to the appropriate format and will be stored at the given destination. The upload has to be done manually on either website.
YouTube Upload (direct upload of films to Youtube)
Now you can choose the file name and storage destination (see image below). You can also automatically upload the encoded film onto your YouTube account. Just tick the box in front of Upload file to service after encoding (see red arrow) and enter your username and passoword (see yellow frame). Of course, you already must have a YouTube account for this. If you would like Ashampoo Video Styler to remember your username and password, just tick the box in front of Remember login. You can also enter a Title, a Description and Keywords (see blue frame) so that your video will be found via the search in YouTube. These information will then be transferred to YouTube.
